Professional electric cargo bike are used intensively. Battery connection issue is common and is a combination of many problems.
When the bike is store outside, one problem is wet connector, it accelerate surface oxydation and create bad electricity conduction. It reduce autonomy or even create faulty contact. A common solution is for the user to dry the connector. All of these creating a loss of time and money.
Another solution is to protect the connector from the rain itself.

It can happen that battery are not set in position correctly before being pushed in and locked. This can damage the connector and bend the pins. In order to control the alignement and correct it, I have create this tool.
